Since 1991, the MIPIM Awards have celebrated the world’s most visionary architectural projects, whether completed or still under development. This year, MIPIM - The Global Urban Festival, the international trade fair dedicated to the real estate sector and urban development, will take place from March 11 to 14, as usual in Cannes, featuring a rich program of seminars, debates, awards, and in-person networking events.

Ahead of the event, the 39 finalists of the MIPIM Awards have been announced: projects representing 22 countries, from the United States to Japan, from Europe to Brazil, and even Oman. Among the new delegations participating in the MIPIM Awards for the first time are Bahrain, Uzbekistan, and South Korea.
